Greetings!


Even more progress this week.


- Music Changed to fit the games theme.

- Credit music changed for better sound design.

- AI "can see" player removed.


- Enemy AI on the first map is now blind and will hear players if you walk too close, she will hear you from a greater distance if you run. (crouch to avoid detection, good luck!)

- AI now chases players and will stop chasing if you break line of sight and stop making noise for a few seconds.

- AI will freely roam the entire map without any "target points" so it is impossible to work out a " patrol routine" as it has access to the entirety of 'Area 1'

- Couple of minor jump-scares added, I do not want the game to rely on jump-scares so don't expect tons of jumps.

- New Main Menu Music and Credit music added.

- 2nd Map Location has been added ready for when Area 1, 2 and 3 are completed

-Map Selection Added
Players can now choose which map to start on providing they have unlocked it. (currently 3 maps available so far)
- Fixed bug where Nav mesh would force AI to collide with walls or get stuck whilst bending under doors.

- Fixed bug where AI voice lines would repeat infinitely resulting in complete jibberish.

- Fixed major issue with player camera randomly breaking and forcing the view point to be upside down.


Next up is finalising character creation and programming as well as some environmental work before having that test and moving onto map 2 and 3 which are now in the game.

Progress is on a nice steady path and I'll reveal more content and trailers once more work is complete. I'd rather not give away too much at the moment!
