But, well, if you wanna buy all DLCs (story DLCs worth it) I'd rather download pirate version with all DLC preinstalled than trying to activate them etc.
https://social.bioware.com/redeem_code.php
for a sniper rifle and some armor.
The same site does not recognize the Mass Effect 2: Digital Deluxe Game Key, which is in an entirely different format.
Where do I redeem the Mass Effect 2: Digital Deluxe Game Key? Perhaps I don't need to? I have a Bonus folder with Digital Art, Documentary, and Soundtrack subfolders. Isn't this the content for the Digital Deluxe yada yada?
Eventually, I'm going to have to install Origin, if I want to play Mass Effect 3 or Dead Space 3.
if you buy on the bioware website here https://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc you can add them to your steam game.
Perhaps you should try that code on Origin's store/client (similar process to redeeming codes here). When you buy (some) EA games on Steam, you can use the CD key for a free copy on Origin.
It's basically the same game, but I prefer using Origin because the client uses less resources, giving me better framerates.
