Mass Effect 2 (2010)

Tali x Garrus
Hello! Am I the only one who feels romancing Tali or Garrus is wrong? I mean, they're Shepard's best friends (like literally, they're there for you for three games, all the others - only Wrex has good excuse :P) and they seem awkward when you flirt with them. For me Tali x Garrus in ME3 is the only way. Common, would you want to romance your best bro or "little sis"? I can't force myself to do this (I tried with femshep). Friendship 4ever (or friendzone ;D)!

Much of the romance in the trilogy with Shepard is Shepard imposing on others or even just their lives. Inserting himself in their stories and changing them. This is especially true with Tali and Garrus. I'm not saying this is necessarily a bad thing, but it is part of being a character who gradually gets more and more intimidating (even if in a friendly way with friends) to others just by standing in the room, to a degree.

But yeah Tali or Garrus romances are very much 'we were at least somewhat friends in the past but I want that to be more', and getting that wish. Some may feel uncomfortable with how direct that is. But all of the ME2 romances have that 'I want you, you want me, I want us to do this before we possibly all die on a SUICIDE mission' thing.

Tali doesn't love Shepard at first. She is attracted to him. There's a difference.

ok fair enough but she definitly admires and trusts him and by mass effect 2 i think she definitly has more than a little crush

Ok, I see your point. Still, my LI is usually Liara in ME1 and I try not to betray her. I already tried Ashley/Miranda ME2 (never finished ME3 with her), Kaidan/Jacob ME2 (done). Am I racist? Cause now I see I didn't romance any alien except asari... huh? :D Well, honestly, I'll definitely try Garrus one day, but my other problem with Tali is how far in-game she always joins (dammit Bioware, my ME1 squad [Shep-soldier/Liara(Samara)-biotic/Tali-tech] and I have to wait!).

I'm usually play Male Shepard and never romance with Tali. She is a good friend for me nothing more. She is friendzoned :D.
And Garrus is my best friend. But for FemShep he could be good romance.
For romance Liara is best option. She looks so innocent and cute she can melt my heart.
And why not Ashley; she is totally annoying, racist, skeptical ♥♥♥♥♥.
May be Miranda, I chose her in ME2 because her face modelled by Yvonne Strahovski. Miranda and Shepard is like one night stand but Liara and Shepard is epic love story.

Always have been a Talimancer, tried Jack once. Have yet to try a FemShep and romance Garrus, i'm pretty sure it will be fun, tried to not spoil for so long in case i actually do it.

i see what you mean but all of biowares romances have a flaw

Liara is best. In ME2 you can't romance with her without dlc but Kelly Chambers is fine too. She is cute and she always stand near you. Thanks to Cerberus :D

no its not see beastiality is wrong because a animal is not sentient and cant consint homosexuality is a touchy subject but thats not true either.
