Should i release Grunt straight away?
I recently completed the mission where you get Grunt. Should i release him straight away or wait?

Pretty much. There's no real trade off or story impact if you wait, you just won't have him as a squad option is all.

Options:
1)What most do... release him ASAP.
2)Release him later on, if you feel like it.
3)If you're going for a certain kind of playthrough (Minimum Squadmates or something like that), or want to Roleplay a certain way, then don't.
