ME2 wont save game/progress/settings

the game just wont save ANYTHING. there is no bioware folder, no saves in my list... nothing. i have steam and my games installed on another drive cos my C: drive is for Windows. i tried re-instaling the game on the default drive to no avail. i ether need help to resolve this issue of want my money back

i fail to see how this whole "run as admin" thing helps. windows SHOULD if the active user has admin privlages by default assume the program has those respective rights. i HAVE found a potental solution, un tested as of posting this as i am awaiting the FORTH re-install attempt, that involves "-nohomedir" being used as a launch option. i assume this will work but what im NOT sure about is if puting it in the launch options section in the steam menu will work. i sure hope so :/

nohomedir will work...it puts the saves into your mass effect/biogame folder instead of documents/bioware

the need to run as admin is because your game and/or steam isnt installed on your default drive so windows will not let it create its saves in documents on your C drive

also, no program you run has admin rights by default, and never should have.
