Before you knew, how ugly would Tali have to look under that mask for you to stay with her?
Let's face it, if you romanced Tali it was well before you knew what she looked like under that mask. You all picked her for her personality, cute voice and curves, but you'd no idea what she looked like. What's the worst thing you could find under that mask that you would still stay with her despite? How shallow are you?

I find this funny because I just left a comment recently saying she's a care bear under the mask ROFL

It was your comment that made me ponder this question.

I mean what if quarians looked like vorcha and you got the romance scene with Tali and nearly s**t yourself

i woulda, i have a thing for akward, that and crazy.

She can't look like a Vorcha, you can see her slightly and the bone structure isn't tight enough to look anything like that. I originally expected something like the Asari (note this was before ME3) where they have a humanoid face but they don't have hair or something like that in ME3 it just felt impossible, I mean look at her! her legs are bowed back like a satyr she has 3 fingers and somehow evolution just decided to make her human? "dafuq?!" there is no way in hell she would have hair, hell hair carries germs she'd get sick more times in the suit than she would out of the suit it makes no sense! of course I'm demanding sense from the dumbasses who thought of the synthesis ending.

For a solid two games we were teased about never getting to see Tali's face. In the first game, it was just the way of things, but in the second, especially if you were pursuing a romance with her, there were a few subtle jabs about how you still didn't get to see her. It was a little frustrating at times, but it wasn't overall a big deal. Then we get to Mass Effect 3. At one point, if still working on romancing her, we actually have the chance to see her face via a photo she sends us, and what do we get? An altered photo of Miss England, 2005.
If you ask me, the ME3 ending thing is pretty bad, but THAT was the biggest disappointment of the whole thing. They could have done so many different things, and they chose to be downright lazy.

They spent more time putting that slut Jessica in the game. And in the beginning of ME2 I don't think a whole lot of people were pursuing her until a second or third play through, because to tell you the honest truth I was more interested in Liara because she was the only one fun to talk with romance option in ME1 compared to Ashley. But then I found out she turned into some corrupt "eye" in people's business so I just said: "screw it, Tali what the hell are you doing tonight?"

Well considering this happen because a developer asked on Facebook, or at least that is what I heard. Of course everyone said they wanted to see her face, including me. But with forsight I think it would of best if we never knew and all of us can come to our own conclusions.

It is pretty easy to see they look very humanish under the helmet, lots of things point towards this. But I imagine though they would be cover tech and cybernetics, to even a disgusting degree. I as a person I might waver, but my Shepard would never waver considering he should not be judging people based on cybernetics. (Which by the way, how much do you people think Shepard is machine?)

Ultimately that personality is too die for, and I have fought for Tali on many forums. So unless she is insect, I would tap that. (Which there is no evidence that she is insect, so that is not happening)

Well, in my opinion either show it or don't show it at all. Because there was no way everyone at Bioware was thinking "Yup! fans are going to love a photo shop of their chosen LI before they die!" Matt Rhodes however knew it was a bad idea, so I'll give him points for disagreeing. But photo shop or no photo shop they had no right to do that, especially after they put Jessica in the game. If you can add her in then you can sure as hell make a digital image of Tali's face.

I've said it once, and I'll say it again. ME3 is a half assed game.

Yeah the photoshop is just lazy. I don't really care if she really alien or humanish but get an artist and do it from scratch. Make art that is at least better the devient art.

Also I like to point out its what is inside that matters most when determine how "alien" a species is. And I don't mean personality, I mean internal organs, anatomy and the organic chemistry. Just need to say that for some peace.

When it comes down to it, the photo shop doesn't matter. But it doesn't change the fact that it made a huge impact on the community.
She'd have to be a dude :p
