Can't complete "Recruit the Justicar"
I seem to have run into a bug with the "Recruit the Justicar" mission. I'm aware that there is a known bug related to this mission and the "Shadow Broker" DLC, but I think this is something else given that my experience doesn't match the descriptions I've read about that bug, and the fact that I don't have Shadow Broker.

The bug I've run into is that the battle with Captain Wasea never ends, or at least the game doesn't detect when it's over. Once all enemies have been eliminated, the battle music continues to play and I'm unable to interact with the datapad or the safe mentioned in walkthroughs. I've played through this portion three times with the same result. Has anyone else seen this glitch or have any guess about how it might be fixed? I'm on Windows 10 with a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, if that helps any.

Load a save.

Yeah, try to reload earlier save. If that doesn't help, try verifying game files

I am assuming that you Killed Captain Wasea multiple times already. So it isn't relevant to the position of Shepherd or her.

Yes, killed Wasea and all other enemies. I'll try loading some older saves and see if there's any improvement. Thank you.
