Mass Effect 2 (2010)

One of the most glitch ridden games ever
The only game that has ever given me as many problems with crashing, and game breaking bugs as Mass Effect 2 would have to be Fallout 3. I hope everyone at EA and their family members die horribly from cancer.

No game is bug free, but ME2 is not a "glitch ridden game", nowhere enough to make anyone this butt hurt. Of all my playthroughs I met like 2 or 3 glitches. I hate EA as much as the guy, but this post is just ridiculous.

I get a crash on every loading screen if I use any key/mouse stroke, and Shepard often levitates if I run into cover the wrong way breaking the game. My OP is far from being rediculous inflamitory perhaps, but not ridiculous.

The levitating bug is indeed annoying, but I never run into it more than once in a playthrough, if ever.
I don't know about the loading screen crash, I always alt+tab and do other stuff during them but never experienced like that, might be a corrupted file or something else that causes that, but nothing that the game should do by "default". Try verifying your game caches, maybe that fixes it.

The only glitches Mass Effect 2 is famous for is levitating, and Cerberus Network issues. Beyond those, you're looking at issues with your system, not with the game.

Maybe you should upgrade your stone age computer, I could run this game fine on my acer laptop with windows vista from nearly 10 years ago.

I know you're a braindead troll and all I thought I'd just point it out for the people who have any brain capacity.

I'm playing this with my crappy laptop (intel HD 4000) and I haven't run into any major bugs besides the network. To compare it to the atroucious Fallout 3 (bug-wise) is insulting.:steamsalty:

It's interesting how in a supposedly free society giving your opinions is looked upon as such a negative thing.

It's almost as if incredibly complex games that took thousands upon thousands of hours to make are a tad glitchy because they have so many moving parts!

If the glitches make the game not fun for you, play something else. But keep in mind glitches in games are like typos in writing...it's inevitable and just part of the process.

This is the kind of talk that let's Bethesda Softworks get away with not doing their bugwork when they make hundreds of millions on their releases, and unpaid modders end up fixing easily.

There is a huge difference between Bethesda's shitty Fallout 4 and this game. So far you only mentioned two glitches, one of them happens rarely, the other one is either caused by a corrupted file, or something else on your computer. The situation is nowhere that bad you make it to be.

Just because your computer has problems doesn't mean everyone else does.

It's funny how in a free society that giving criticism is looked upon as such a negative thing.

Really I talked to my friend. He said there were bugs in me2 but not as severe as you state. Try making the game large memory aware (my friend mentioned that)

You didn't state your opinion though

You just said things that are not true

I haven't any problem until now, every time I launch the game this crash and it's really annoying. I wonder if EA is working in this problem :(

They can't work on anything if you don't send a report, also pretty sure the problem is on your side, nothing was changed in the game, and games don't stop working for no reason. Try verifying the game cache files.
