ME2 no longer showing CD Keys?

Yesterday, everytime I launched ME2, either the game or launcher, it would show keys. And when I did Shift+Tab, it would give the option to show keys. Now I do not see the option so view keys anywhere nor does it pop up. Anyone have the same issues or know how to find the keys?

Yeah no keys here either but it isn't a problem exclusive to this game, Medal of Honor Airborne's key disappeared too and it happened to many games in the past too. You should still be able to find it in your registry, i don't have the game installed so i can't check.

I need to register the Keys on EA account to actually use the DLC, so thats not great. Also the Registry doesnt show the Keys, I had tried that earlier.

EA took the keys from majority of their games, this is some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
I can still open CD keys window for ME1 but its just stuck on requesting key.

Its just odd, yesterday i had no issues with the keys and actually copied one to the clipboard, so i could put that one in... but now i cant get the "Promo Key"

Yeah EA deleted the keys for the majority of their older games just checked. What a joke.

Keys are gone. Not a big deal for ME1 since the DLC are free, but for ME2 you need those game keys to purchase DLC.

Yeah the reason it was removed was cause there was a glitch where you could copy the CD key and make a new orgins account and have the game basically for free

Not a glitch. Steam keys have provided free Origin copies of certain games for years.

They could've fixed it by actually checking the license type of the steam purchase, and those that were using EA Play should've got a code that expires after the month.

I'm quite certain that removing the serial keys/cd-keys is illegal as it's the equivalent of removing your assets, which they have no right to do.

It's not fixed if legitimate users can't get their keys. I have the deluxe version and can no longer access any of the keys I paid (extra) for. If this is temporary while the address the issue, that's fine, but I worry this is how they will leave it.

Other users have pointed out the probable cause.

If you want to know your keys contact Steam Support. I did and now I have the keys to the content I paid for. If you are unsure how to download and activate your content check the Guide section.

i contacted ea support, took ages. I have proof of my purchases through my steam transaction id receipts. After a tonne of faffing they said they could give me any keys because i didnt have the email of the sale from 11 years ago. They said to look on twitter for any updates.
