Mass Effect 3 - Matriarch Aethyta VERY easy to miss

At the Citadel at Apollo's Cafe, BEFORE Priority: Tuchanka, it's easy to miss a scene in which Liara can speak with her "Father" Matriarch Aethyta (You've met her before at the bar on Illium in ME2). She isn't marked on the map, she doesn't make her presence known when you approach her, you only realize you can talk to her once you approach the bar. After talking to her, convince Liara nearby to talk with her, and you get auditional war assets.

I am SO pissed off that I missed this, and don't feel like replaying it again just for her. This brings me back HAUNTING memories of when I did EVERYTHING in ME2, except getting Kelly to appear in the next game. Turns out, that in order to make that happen, you literally have to flirt with her a few times, regardless of your gender, and only then she'll come for dinner with you in your cabin.

It ain't that hard to find chief, its right there in the cafe down the citadel stairs. Maybe folk are just a bit too used to markers and flashing arrows on everything.

And Kelly appears in ME3 as long as you saved her from the collectors in ME2, which in itself also has special conditions to achieve. Romancing Kelly in ME2 has nothing to do with her appearance in 3, all it does is allow you to romance her in the last game as well, otherwise she'll treat you as a friend once you meet.

If you DID save Kelly, but then did not find her in ME3, that is probably because you only looked for her after the citadel invasion by cerberus, and doing it so late is a bad thing, put it that way.

SAME!!! I spoke with Liara countless time on the Presidium by i never spoke with her Father because i didnt know she can be approached. I discovered this only now (after doing Priority Thessia...) And she is not there anymore....Also with Kelly i had same problem, i didnt flirt with her in ME2 and I didnt see her in ME3 and believe me, from the beginning i am going everywhere i can and explore everything....And the spot i looked on the interner where she will appear i was there countless times and she didnt appear even that i saved her in ME2. So I guess you really need to flirt with her. But Liara´s father pissed me off! She was there i remember her but i didnt know i can go speak with her!! Also Liara is my LI so I am even more pisses!

Nothing stops you from replaying and talking to her. Also she's not that hard to miss, she gets "talk" icon on her when you're nearby, like everyone else (except for those having big flashy markers visible at distance). And basically you wanna talk with everyone since, you know, war assets, reputation/alignment and stuff

You also need to have had a dinner with her in ME2
