Apparently those DLC can be installed from EA's website for free here at this link https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/download-dlc-for-classic-origin-games/

Please note you will need to scroll down then find Mass Effect 2 and open the folder then download the DLC.

If you haven't bought them though you won't go further than installing them. The Cerberus Network will check if you bought them with your EA account before letting you play them.

if y ou wanna buy it, dont buy deluxe edition, buy normal version is enough (wait for sale for bettter price)

There are no free DLC in this one unless you have ME2 DLC bundle on Origin, in which case just download-install them on Steam copy and activate with your EA account. Or you can use some third-party unlocker, but it's questionable alternative

There are free DLCs. But you need to download them and install.
