How to install the DLCs?
Okay i'm so done, i don't get why they made everything so complicated. I bought a deluxe ME2 edition here, on Steam. Downloaded the game. And didn't find a Genesis dlc after the first intro (after saving Joker). So I read again what exactly Deluxe edition containts and surprisingly found out that it doesn't include any of the DLC lol. Then i found a page at EA official website where I can download freaking everything...for free, i guess? All that Kasumi, Shadowbroker DLC and other stuff is for free? Ok, i tried to download Genesis first, and when i tried to install it - it says the game has not been installed/please install the game first. But the game is installed, hello? Maybe those DLC want my game to be in the default foulder on C: disk? Cause my ME2 been installed on D: disk...What do you think?

So, again, please tell me how to install DLCs
and tell me if i understand correctly - Bioware want me to download all 15 DLC files separately one by one from their website, right? RIGHT? 15? 15 times download, 15 times install...just....why wouldn't they put it in a deluxe edition, in one file? I feel like i will never play this game because i'm stuck for a few hours trying to install everything. Why they hate us so much?

If those DLC that you downloaded for "free" aren't registered to the EA account you use to log in to the Cerberus Network, then the game will produce an error or the DLC simply won't be available.

To register the DLC to your EA account, buy the DLC bundle on Origin.
