Hi, I cannot submit my cerberus network key. Are servers down?

It's a whole mess, EA has closed the in-game cerberus key activation in favour of moving everyone over to Origin or something like that.

You bascially need to create/ sign into an EA account from their home page and redeem your steam keys through EA's site:

Then download and install all the DLC manually through EA.

There is a simple solution to this: since afaik you could only buy the DLC's with Bioware points, simply download Origin, redeem the code for ME2 there, and you get access to all the DLC's you ever bought, since they're linked to your EA account. Oh, and that also fixes the Cerberus Network thingy.

Thank you so much Edwards, you were absolutely right with what you said.

When you launch mass effect 2, you get a list of codes, the product key code (last one) is the one you use on origin because that is the key confirmation you bought the game

(yes you bought it on steam but you did purchase it so you get that code as a receipt.)

You add that key code on add non origin game under games and woala, you get the game on origin.

Don't uninstall the mass effect on steam though because they are connected.

Once you install the game, you go on extra content and the cerberus network access is for free along with some other dlcs that are not on this list

I am just elaborating what Edwards said just to confirm that he is right since there are no other replies on this discussion and i see lots of people having this issue.

Took me 2 hours to find this small discussion in the midst of other forums giving the broken links so i hope i helped in some way lol
