Thank's you works great.
F*CK EA
Another idiot.
To be Clear. Using this link to obtain the installers for the DLC's for ME2 is not piracy.
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/download-dlc-for-classic-origin-games/
This link is EA's official link for Legacy DLC downloads. Meaning for example, Dragon Age Origins, or in this case, Mass Effect 2.
Now, heres how it works.
This link lets you download the installers for ME2's DLCs, which will automatically put them all in the correct and proper place they need to go for Steam. Awesome, right?
For those of us that bought ME2 Deluxe Edition and have the Cerberus Network Key, we can get our Cerberus Network exculsive content from here, if for whatever reason it doesn't install onto your Steam copy.
But what about those of us that didn't buy certain DLCs, like the one for Kasumi or the Shadow Broker? Fear not! These are also available in the link.
HOWEVER.
If you didn't buy them before EA's new sites went up and BioWare's old sites went down, then simply getting the software and installing from the aforementioned link WILL NOT allow you to play these DLCs.
You still have the buy them on the origin store. Which is a pain in the backside, I know, I know.
Heres the thing, I've seen it floating around here before (I think theres a guide posted here in this thread that might be one I've read earlier today) is this; Our Cerberus Network account = EA account.
The Cerberus Network is how the game ensures you have the lisence keys to play the DLC, since buying the DLCs doesn't actually give you the keys like you would expect. They are instead linked into your Cerberus/EA account. Becasue yay drm........
So, what you wanna do is go onto EA and bind your Steam copy of ME2 to your EA account using your Steam copy's key. And hey-presto, you now own ME2 on Origin. Hell, you can download Origin and install ME2 if you really want aswell! No need to re-buy ME2.
Next, buy the DLC Bundle package (Unlike Steam, EA does not seem to deduct the price of DLCs you already have thanks to that Cerberus Network key, but at the time of posting, the bundle is only £21.99 which is still cheaper than getting 2 or 3 of the DLCs on thier own, such as the Kasumi and Shadow Broker DLCs) on Origin. You EA account now says you own all the DLC. Bravo.
Run ME2 via Steam, and log into Cerberus Network, and Ta-Da! Your Cerberus Network Account, which is connected to your EA account, *also* says you own all the DLC!
Oh you're cute. That all depends on WHICH method you are talking about.
Pretty much the perceived "piracy" was just a couple simple DLL's that bypasses the annoying ass process arthour05 mentioned. If I bought the DLC, own the Game, why on earth would me taking a short cut count as piracy? The fact is it doesn't.
If I want to cheat in my games in offline mode then I can. If I want to use a console then I can. If I already gave them my money for all of the content then I will gladly take a shortcut with a couple DLL's. I'm not pirating anything, I legally purchased it all. Only difference is I am not a piece of ♥♥♥♥ company that likes to make crap a lot harder than it needs to be.
The original question in-case all of you forgot was: "How do I get my Cerberus Key to work."
Which the only one to even remotely attempt to not be a whiney child, arthour05, answered in a legit manner. Seriously man... some of you snowflakes get tiring. Report actual issues and stop wasting Steams time on your self-justice BS.
