Tali's trial
Anyone else find this an awfully written scene?

Turn in the evidence that we went on a quest for, showing allegiance to truth, justice, transparency, and accountability? +30 Renegade points! (And no loyalty from Tali, which makes sense, but I was kind of hoping that she'd see that deception to save her father's good name isn't an honorable way to remember him. And with the admiralty reclaiming his ship, more evidence is likely to turn up eventually.)

On the other hand, the Paragon dialog option has Shepard give an irrelevant speech that he could have given before we did the fetch quest to get the evidence, and the admirals buy it! Smoke and mirrors distraction, that's high morality in the Mass Effect universe.

i think she mentioned for not give the evidence as her father will be remenbered as someone who killed not only himself but 100% of the Alerai crew and placing the fleet in danger and used as stories to scare young kids

And thinking about it some more, that "Paragon" action is actually harmful to Tali! Before Shepard's little song and dance, Tali was provably innocent in the face of all the evidence, deserving of acquittal. Now she's a co-conspirator in a cover-up and a co-perjurer and obstructor of justice, legally deserving of exile.

You also forget that you can take Legion with you on that mission. It's funny as hell, but makes no sense at all:
- Being accused of bringing geth parts to the Flotilla that spontaneously reactivated
- Better bring a very much functional geth to your trial.

Shepard (or player) its guilty in this case not Tali lol
would be nice having Shepard saying in her Trial he brough a living geth just to mess with the admirals

I haven't met him yet (middle of my first playthrough right now), but you're right, that would make it much worse.
