Register your game codes at myaccount.ea.com (My Account > Redeem Product Code). Any DLC that you own will then validate when you log in to the Cerberus network.

FYI not all of the DLC are free.

It tells me that the site can't be reached, and I know not all DLC is free, I bought the deluxe edition

Try again later, then; it might be experiencing technical difficulties. That is the correct site for activating keys.

The Deluxe Edition does not include all the DLC, either.

You have to download and install the DLC yourself from https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/download-dlc-for-classic-origin-games/

You get a few things with the basic version of ME2:
Normandy Crash Site
Zaeed - The Price of Revenge
Cerberus Weapon and Armor
Arc Projector
Firewalker Pack

The deluxe edition then gets you:
Collector weapon and armor
Incisor sniper rifle
Mass Effect 2 soundtrack
The Making of Mass Effect 2 videos
Mass Effect comic
48-page digital art book

So because EA are so nice and love their customers so much, in order to get all the DLC you will have to 1. Make an Origin account 2. Buy Mass effect 2 Deluxe edition again on Origin 3. spend an additional $42.91 USD to buy all the DLC which comes down to a grand total of $72.09 USD if you buy all the DLC and ME2 deluxe edition. Although in your case that would be $102.89 USD since you would have to buy ME2 Deluxe Edition again through Origin.

You can activate your steam game key on origin, no need to buy again.

Did you create Bioware (Origin) account? If not, then do.

lol 2 years since your last post and some asshat decides they are gonna be cheeky and insult you despite the time difference. Gotta love toxic online trolls.

Likely hoping you would never see it, some people love to be mean and just hope they never get called out.

Excuse me, I downloaded the Kasumi DLC and tried to install it, but when i run the game it says "“unable to verify downloadable content: Kasumi".
How can I make it work? I have ME2 Deluxe Edition from Steam, and I still don't know if I have installed the content.
Please answer, and thank you in advance
