Why don't they finish games anymore before putting them out? It could have had way better ratings.

Now, make up your mind about it.
it has its own great qualities.gameplay is amazing.just give yourself time to let go of old crew and by the time you do first loyalty mission you'll feel that ME feeling again.played thru 3 times have almost 300 hours in and will play again.only had 2 bugs thru all 3 playthrus they were couldnt end side mission at end of said mission. couldnt talk to person in end thats it.
That review, for me, kinda make me really NOT want to buy ME:A.
For example, when a character reveals that they believe in God, you can either say something along the lines of "I do too", or "That's a crock of ♥♥♥♥." There's nothing even close to a middle ground. I was actually annoyed at my options. It's a pretty stark contrast to the options you're given in the first game about the same subject.
so i avoided being disappointed and got to tell friends i told you so ^_-
Here's some gameplay I recorded showing some combat, exploration, character interactions, and the amazing graphics:

Game is still a glitchy mess on PC, but nothing game-breaking. Well, not too game-breaking. I've had corrupted saves multiple times, bosses that became invincible at stage 3 of the boss-fight, two waves of enemies spawning at once (resulting in Ryder getting overwhelmed), a mouse cursor that never disappeared (it hovered, stuck in the middle of the screen during exploration, combat and cutscenes - even pre-rendered ones), squad-mates who disappear through the ceiling, a pilot who fuses with his chair, two of the same squad-mate spawning at once, missing dialogue (there's clearly supposed to be dialogue, but there isn't; whether the game glitched or it was simply never included, who knows), dialogue that gets cut off or over-ridden (because SAM never shuts up). And this is after Patch 1.10, which is the final single-player patch. Facial animations aren't stunning, but are generally acceptable now, though, so there is that.
