Your Origin account has some of the DLC associated with your account. Your Steam account doesn't have that same DLC. So you have a situation wher-
Actually... a shorter explanation is all you want right? (And a way to fix it too.) So let me just get to the point.
You've installed the same game, on the same computer, twice. This has likely caused big conflicts in your registry. After adding the DLC, your OS can't handle it any longer.
Your best bet is to uninstall the game through both services. Be sure to back up your saves, first! Restart your computer. Finally, delete the game folders just to be sure.
Now reinstall through only one service. If you want the free DLC from Origin, I suggest installing through them.
