I don't know if I would fault the ending of the game to one man. Something that probably has to be approved and spun around. I'm sure there where plenty of endings that where more elaborate, but scrapped because they knew they couldn't do everything justice

85% of the game isnt just graphics and animations. That's kinda blow out the window with the open world direction the game has went
Maybe that would apply to mass effect 2 where everything was fairly linear, but no.
Also I believe this has been said before, but if you completely throw out the faces and the cutscene movement aniamtions (not even combat animations) the game looks amazing

Wait what?

Mac Walters, director of ME:A was the lead writer of ME3 (and one of the lead writers of ME2).

However... he and the other writers actually wanted to make more extended endings, but director Casey Hudson was against it. How the (pre-EC) ending turned out was his decision. Yes, the same Casey Hudson who directed the trilogy from ME1 on.

Hudson left Bioware after ME3 btw and had nothing to do with ME:A.

It's not a boycott. It's a consumer choice. The only thing EA understands is green. Denying them that sends a strong message; especially when they have to go before their shareholders and explain why one of their most successful IPs is now a narcoleptic pile of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

It's not just issues with the facial problems. It's the entire enchilada. BioWare (and by extension Manveer "White Hater" Heir) feel we, the gaming consumer, deserve a game that represents:

- Ugly NPCs (because "whity and their white women" and you can't create custom Caucasians or light skins Asians, but you can play default white people heavily featured in the marketing campaign)
- Cringe laced dialogue (because "Twilight" and "Hunger Games")
- Boring plot (because young adult fiction is the "gold" standard)
- Heavy handed politics (Obvious)
- Buggy and broken (No excuse for the budget on this game)
- Poor animations (Again, no excuse)

EA had one job. Publish a great space adventure and carry the ME series forward. Instead, they wasted money on an half-assed political commentary by a bunch of SJW college dropouts. EA literally should fire the entire studio and clean house. SJW and video games don't mix. That's the ONE area in society where people can be free to be whatever they want, and that includes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, jerks, misogynistic, and sexist. If an SJW has a problem with that, they need to find another career.

Yeah, I'll pass on this garbage. Until BioWare get their ♥♥♥♥ together and stop making asshat games, they haven't earned my money.

And the multiplayer looks boring too. It's just waves of enemies that come at you over and over. Sounds repetitive and boring! I'm much more excited to simply replay the ME trilogy, Cyberpunk 2077, or the Witcher games. I still have some Mass Effect trilogy DLC to play which I heard were actually pretty good too.

The multiplayer doesnt appeal to everyone, but as someone that really likes the combat in both this and ME3, I really like the multiplayer. Thats really what it comes down to. As we have seen with ME3, they do actually constantly update with new maps and characters, so its not like they half assed it or anything

I would love a pvp mass effect mode (they tried to do that a while ago but scrapped it, it was first person), but most of the challange in that comes from the balance. Biotics would be incredibly overpowered which would result in them being nerfed down to glass cannons, and some of weapons are clearly leagues better than others. It might as well be a compeletly different game

do you even own the game while some look kinda weird some also look pretty great and if youve only seen them on a lesser rig then that would explain your comment i made my character and it looks pretty damn good and the crew members look very nice as well,so yeah...maybe own and play before you speak.
and theres no way people have played this game thu to know it all im 30 hours in and havent even left the 3rd world you need to read talk listen and discover to get the whole story.im having a blast!!!!
so enjoy your complaining im gaming!!
and this game is so massive in scope it will probably take at least a year to patch up the games textures and animations that need addressing but in no way has it affected the gameplay or story maybe its missing some eye candy but is that really what your in it for. if so wait a while or watch a movie

and just for the record if your skipping side missions."dont" some are llike mini dlc your missing some really great stuff.

So much this. I've already pretty much sworn off anything with EA attached to it. If this Star Wars game I keep hearing rumors about ends up being a giant turd, I'll likely never touch another EA title again.

i think we should NOT focus on that... we should think "why bioware wanted to make soft super models into soldiers/explorers in mass effect" because, seriously whose idea was that? he ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, also by the other hand the writing is a mess, the dialogues are, absolute boredom not to say the face expression are almost non-existant, do you guys remember the mass effect 2-3 face's expressions?

adding nice looking moddels to impress the audience was the WORST move for bioware, whats next? Dwayne johnson in the new dlc's of battefield 1? do you imagine how it would be? o great! now lets add angelina jolie in the new Cyberpunk 2077. or how about silverster stallone and this other guy i never liked... john travolta in the upcoming mass effect andromeda dlc (of course there will be a dlc for this crap)
