Packages for Ish Bug

As title says. I just saw this in my journal, still open.
The problem is that I completed the quest with Paragon persuasion.
Goggling for it, I saw it's a pretty common issue.
I can't remake the quest, because I completed it about 10 hours game time ago.

It's so frustrating to have a bug like this in a 7 years old game. I wanted to complete all secondary quests, also because I read completing all secondary quests unlock Legion Loyalty mission earlier.
And I don't even know if this Ish quest has some consequences in ME3.
Any solution, console commands or whatever?

Whatever you read about unlocking the loyalty mission is incorrect. As soon as Shepard meets Legion during the mission to acquire the Reaper IFF, there's only one mission available after that before the endgame kicks in, and that's for Legion's loyalty mission. Depending on your choices, you can continue to do missions and sidequests during this period, but there isn't any way to acquire Legion earlier than what's been planned.

As for the bug, unfortunately there's still no workaround. According to the wiki though, there isn't any impact or consequence of the side mission in ME3, so just ignore it.
