Can't leave Shadow Broker Base

So every time I try to leave the base, the game crashes. If I try verifying the cache, it says I don't have the DLC. When I try to install the DLC on base game, it says it's not there. It's weird.

I do have a controller mod and faster load times mod installed. Everything else worked but this is the only big crash.

This is probably 2 weeks too late to help the OP, but in case anyone else runs into it: this is a known bug, not caused by mods. It hit my game too and I found a couple things that can fix it. First, if you haven't already invited Liara to the Normandy, you can do that for a one-time free teleport back to the ship. Just don't go back unless you want to deal with the bug again.

Second, you can lookup the startup command line argument for no videos. In Steam, go to game Properties -> General -> Set Launch Options and put in "-nomoviestartup" . I had to use this on Illium, where I got a crash bug when trying to go to the room with the taxi stand and some of the shops.

I have this bug as well. I have not been able to get past this part. Tried restarting the final battle with ShadowBroker but bug still persists after defeating him. Still can't leave. Not sure if reloading from before starting LotSB would fix it.

Tried:
compatability mode
All setting to lowest and or OFF Through the config manager
Windowed Borderless
execute as admin
restarting segment
Leaving through door "Back to Normandy"
Leaving through Liara "date" on Normandy
adding -nomoviestartup to launch propterties
Verifying game cache files


None of those worked.

Sorry to hear it, this bug really frustrated me but got past it with what I listed. I found a Reddit post when I was stuck that had more details, I don't remember where but try hitting up the Mass Effect sub-reddit and searching for shadow broker bug. They had some other suggestions than what I'm listing here

As you can see, with me looking it up, the bug is still a problem and I have yet to find a solution that works for me. Wish me luck and I hope you guys eventually found a fix.
