How do i activate "Genesis DLC" (?)
I just finish, ME1, and Genesis dlc on Me2 don't activate on a new game. Someone can help me? :/

Genesis is for a game if you don't want to play through Mass Effect 1 when you start a new game. It allows you to make the important choices from Mass Effect 1 (If Wrex survives Virmire, if you save Ashley or Kaiden on Virmire, if you rescued the Rachni Queen or killed her, etc) in Comic Book format.

If you ported over a Mass Effect 1 game, there is no need for Genesis to activate, so it doesn't.

go to https://social.bioware.com/redeem_code.php and enter your CD Keys and it should be under "Your registered game content"

The Genesis DLC is not included in ME2. You have to
1. purchase it first over on social.bioware.com
2. download the installer from your profile's "registered game content" on social.bioware.com
3. install it
4. Start up ME2 and log in to the Cerberus network with your social.bioware.com login

Though as Harbinger noted, if you're importing an ME1 save, you don't need Genesis.
