Sandbar Dart

has anyone managed to beat the gold time of sandbar dart by themselves? just seems impossible to do alone even with pochacco or a speed potion.

a speed potion was enough for me but pompompurin's ability adds like 5 seconds to the timer which makes a lot of the challenges much easier!
