Trouble with the My Sweet Piano Mission?

Has this happened to anyone else? I did the mission, I'm at friendship level 9 with ehre but the table to do customization never appeared? What happened? I'm playing the Deluxe version on PC and have never tried to time-skip or cheat... am I missing something???? I'm tearing my hair out.
