Stability/optimization suggestions?

Every time I try to run the game, it crashes my whole PC after 5 minutes of playing.

I have an older PC, but have no issues with UE5 and graphically intense games. I can't believe this is the game to finally give me issues.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to make it playable? Either available stability mods or something with settings I can do on my end? I'm not very computer savvy.
