Recycling plant is broken
The first time using the recycling plant underwater I gave it 176 items yet it gave me the 3 things then did a cut scene and never gave me the rest. I would think that having 161 trash would get me more. Is this broken.

I did the same as you when I first unlocked it and it felt so bad. Idk if its bugged, but now I always donate 10 Trash at a time.

it's not bugged, it's scripted for that first time during the quest.

they really should limit it them to only putting in 10-30 items then for that scene cause of course players will put in all they collected specially with how slow it was to even unlock the quest compared to trash picking
