Crashing

I don't usually have issues with games crashing but for some reason it just keeps crashing, why?

Meet several crashes in the area of a gray tree (Won't elaborate, it will be spoiler), but same place wasn't crashy until it appeared.

ive been crashing to mine crashes at spooky swamp gemstone moutian and the valcano area
will it get patched

I finally crashed at the spot people are crashing at, It never happens prior to quest Friendship Never Fades: Part 3 (for me anyway) and now it happens almost 100% of the time
I don't have discord but it causes a conflict here is the log

Despite looking like it's windows fault Kernelbase is more taking the blame than being the problem.

My game crashed while leaving Tuxedosam's store now it crashes on loading screen and won't let me play.

Mine crashed a few times too. Just started today. First when attempting to load the game into the island. Second time was going from My Melody's store to outside.

I restarted my Steamdeck twice and verified installation.

It is the little patch of land west from the cemetery.

I am someone who gets bugs no one else will get and i am not crashing period, Screenshot if possible before it closes otherwise start sending event logs, dropping hardware and driver versions and verify files usually when i see several people crash in one spot it would be the game but as i am not it could be something else.

Edit: I confirmed three times in a row crash with Tophat in this exact spot, saved before crash, dismissed Tophat, and returned to the area with no subsequent crash.

Edit: I confirmed three times in a row crash with Tophat in this exact spot, saved before crash, dismissed Tophat, and returned to the area with no subsequent crash.

Tested it myself with the same results, I also undid to a back up save prior to the Friendship Part 3 crash and i still crash, So the bug is almost certainly tophat companion related.

Is anyone else even able to start the game up? I got the game for my girlfriend and she was playing it this morning before work, but now that she's home the program won't even launch, although steam says it's launched. I verified the integrity of the game cache, made sure it was allowed through firewall, updated drivers, updated windows, tried -dx11 launch options, and finally a re-installation. Pretty much done everything but format her laptop, and I'm not gonna do that unless there's a serious problem with her laptop.
