When and where to get Sakura? And Visitor questions

Also, I think I missed my chance to keep Daniel on the Island. I'm not sure how the Visitors things work. Do they have to visit a certain number of times before they decide to stay or is it a possibility to get them to stay when they get to the Island? I decorate cabins how they like it, do their daily quest and then they want to leave, while their specific quest is locked for me.

Visitors include both limited-time characters and those who come regardless of the season. By fulfilling their requests, your friendship level with them increases. When their friendship level reaches 5, if you talk to them, they will stay in the cabin permanently. Naturally, if you don't talk to a visitor even after reaching friendship level 5, they will leave.

Daniel is a visitor who comes regardless of the season, so even if you forget to talk to him, he will return to the cabin again before long. Until then, the quest cannot progress.

The visitor is nowhere in the game if they are not on the island. If they are not here today, they will come tomorrow or the day after.(This refers to real-world time, not in-game time.)

Both Mimmy and Daniel need to set up a room in a cabin at the Seaside Resort. When selecting a character from the visitor list, the requirements, such as the necessary items and their quantities, will be displayed. Additionally, many characters can only be invited to specific locations.

For example, My Melody's mom and dad can only be invited to the Seaside Resort. Pam and Tam can also be invited only to the Seaside Resort.

Meanwhile, Pompompurin's mom and dad can only be invited to a cabin in the Gemstone Mountain.
