You can be banned from trading and such it seems.
They are not very fond of cheat engine'd items, as you can trade them and f up also others players with them.

So if you do use it, avoid multiplayers and trading all together.

Look up "we++mod" (remove the ++)
There are "trainers" available on their site. The reviews for recent players are pretty positive. I'd say go for it
(It's a legit trainer service; I have been using them for years for other games)
