Coop is very good! Didn't expect it

Coop is VERY good, you can do almost everything the host can do: collect materials, trade, use the tools the host unlocked. You can pretty much start the game with your partner and accompany them, take on multiplayer quests and multiplayer puzzles. You can even make houses for your guests!

the ONLY thing you cannot do as a guest is: advance story quests (you don't miss much), and open world chests (which are one-time big items, so it makes sense).

I'm playing this with my gf and I'm having a blast.

I highly suggest you try the coop experience, it's very good.

Cool, glad to hear it! Same situation here, just waiting for her to come downstairs and get on while I'm here grinding materials on a Saturday morning in Hello Kitty while I'm stoned lmao.

Didn't get to try it yet and figured it would be super limited but hopefully hearing this that's better.

Yea the multiplayer is good if u just wanna play together and not care about the story if u are the visitor but the 2 only players coop sucks and time gated friendship level
