Can you upgrade from base game?

I can't gift the deluxe bundle, only the base game.

Can the gifted person upgrade afterwards¿

Nope, you can't upgrade after. You have to choose between the base game or deluxe bundle

She checked it out. Whilst you're right that she can't technically upgrade she was able to buy the bundle "discounted" as she has now the game...

Did the bundle actually get more than +0% after the base game cause even 10% off and id get it right now.

No discounts weather if i buy it all directly or separatedly. With "discount" i meant that the price of the game was not included as she had that part. So it's pretty much steam doing what steam does. The best
