This vs. Mobile game on iphone

My wife wants to know if this (deluxe) is the exact same as the mobile game just a PC port.
Is there any real benefit to getting this on steam?

The deluxe comes with items that help you get ahead (cosmetics). There's a lot of youtube videos out there that break down the differences. Apple arcade is a year ahead in events and will receive updates first, but you have to pay for apple arcade monthly, which imo is too expensive for one game. Here, it's a one time purchase. They also mentioned apple arcade will see some updates first and any future dlc they put out will be included in the arcade version, on console/pc you might have to pay extra.

It’s pretty much the same. It’s just a matter of do you want to pay $6.99 a month or the steam price once.
I play on my phone but mirror it to my pc and connect a controller so I can see it on a bigger screen and it’s great!
