Did not get the DLC /Deluxe editon items?

My game started without the deluxe items and after playing still haven't unlocked. I'm wondering if there's a certain point for those who have it when it is received?

did you happen to purchase the deluxe? i tried but it wouldn't let me because i didn't have the base, so i bought and downloaded the base (without DLC), but now i can't do the DLC because i have the base :') it won't let me pay the $20 difference, just wondered if you're in the same boat?

If you open your quest menu and scroll all the way down there are a set of quests that show what needs to be done to unlock the deluxe items. (I was confused at first too)

I purchased the deluxe edition. I did find out thanks to this thread that the items aren't delivered to you when you start the game, they are rewarded when completing quests
