deluxe edition wont download

so, I bought this game as soon as it launched. Only to realize, I bought the standard, not the deluxe. I had Steam register a refund since (for some reason) I would have to buy the Deluxe with the game. And now, I can't get the Deluxe Edition to download. I'm not sure if I need to delete the standard, or what? but please help me

Check your library page for the game. On the righthand side will be "Manage my DLC". If the DLC is checked, you're good to go. If not, checkmark it and restart Steam and it should update.
