4 is too young to play video game. Except if you played and she/he watches you but it is not super good either.

8 still too young, needs to play with you or your partner. And not alone at all.

For neuro/brain it is better to wait until at minima 6 for TV and 12 for everything computers.

For example : Their eyes are super sensitive to lights and flashs.

Many "childish" games is for nostalgic like myself (proud old adult) and not for children in reality.

There is a lot of dialogue in the game, and I know my kiddo doesn't like to read things in video games. They will likely need help advancing the story and unlocking things that are described with words, but will probably have fun running around and doing things on the island.
