Weird purchase bug?

Hello. I tried to purchase this as a gift for my friend, but after I chose gift options - it does show as if I'm purchasing this game for myself.
Has anyone encountered this issue?

I am also having the same issue. Doesn't even show to select as a gift when checking out.
