How do you get second giant seed?

I won't spoil this for people, but for those who know what I'm talking about. Where do I get the second giant seed?

It's on an isolated Cloud Island (when you unlock the fourth ride to the visitor cabins).

There's 5 Giant Seeds in Total:

1) As soon as you unlock Merry Meadows
2) From the level 12 friendship quest from Wish me Mell (Care Packages)
3) Puzzle Room in Merry Meadows (with the two-digit blue symbol on the door) in a chest.
4) Cloud Island (After finishing the "Cloud Cabins" quest, it's on an isolated island that you need Pompompurin or a Thermal Potion to reach) - break a boulder.
5) In the back left of Cloud Island on the Cloud Cabin area (another boulder to break) - you can only get this one after you unlock the last area in Merry Meadows and break the boulder blocking the plot to plant the giant seed.

I ended up getting the cloud cabins one before the wish me mell once because she takes so long to level up haha
