Transferring save files

My boyfriend got me hello kitty island adventure for Valentine's Day but this was before I made my own steam account on the same PC on a family share account. Is it safe to load the save file from his account on mine? Or does it corrupt the file and/or not work at all. Haven't tried it out of fear of messing up my progress thus far.

Given there’s Denuvo and that simply changing your device hour can irreversibly broke your game for ever, I wouldn’t risk it. It was just 5 days ago anyways, you won’t loose much progress… better loose a bit than never being able to get event items and such.

Hi, I'm curious do you know how you transfer the save files? I've been trying to look it up but I can't seem to find anything about it

I'm not sure if this will help but the save files are stored here:

%AppData%/LocalLow/Sunblink Entertainment/Hello Kitty/Saves/<steamID>

It's possible that moving everything under one <steamID> folder to another <steamID> folder would do the trick. Also possible that this might get you banned from the game, not sure. Mess around with it at your own risk.

Anyone have any luck with doing the above? I’m about to attempt it soon but I’m scared of getting my account banned :(
