$60 ? Deluxe Edition ? Are you okay ?

Apple Arcade is FREE for the 1st month and just $7 per month after that. I highly doubt there is enough content for 2 months in here and you expect people to pay $60 ? All updates moving forward must be entirely free or something with a price like that. This isn't the mobile market where we play a game for 5-10 minutes and come back the next day.

They are in a way scamming those who can't afford 60$ deluxe.

40$ standard users will be behind in events for 2 years, do the devs mention this no,
gonna divide the community kinda glad it's on the platforms like Switch & PC unlike iOS where your stuck with Apple Arcade, you can now get it one price forever & there are other ways then getting it on steam, cheaper too if u look for deals on those cd key sites.

Actually they confirmed that the Deluxe Edition doesn't contain Give and Gather items, so everyone's getting screwed over. Even if you buy the Deluxe Edition to get the extra stuff, you're still expected to put in an absurd amount of time each day to make sure you're not getting left behind in events.

What happened this year is that people who started playing in 2024 were only able to get the 2023 items for the Give and Gather (Christmas) Event, meaning that they're now a year behind other players. So if you start in 2025 you'd also be stuck in that same situation unless you bought the Deluxe version.

Unless they decide to allow players to get the Give and Gather content in 2025, yes. The devs refuse to comment on the situation however, and the most they've said is "we haven't planned Give and Gather 2025 yet."

I think a lot of us here are missing critical information. I saw multiple Apple players complaining about this DLC, not because of pricing, but because it allows Switch/PC players to skip some of the grind AND obtain items that are no longer available (unless the event returns, maybe?) The deluxe version seems to be more valuable than we even realize.

Based on the description provided at Nintendo, there are at least 6 event item collections included in the bundle. This means 6 events you don't have to grind for anymore. Unless the bundle doesn't give you everything from the collection? Someone also mentioned that deluxe contains clothing required to recruit Poron, so you can probably get some of the characters way faster with this DLC.

I recommend watching Planet Moonstar if you're really curious about the contents of the DLC. I believe it was also her discussion post that I saw.

It doesn't give you everything, which had been explicitly mentioned by the devs regarding the character. You don't get the items that would allow you to get them faster.

Even More reason to get on Switch myself, being modded we get cheats for all games & maybe we will get lucky to get a save editor to mod in items that are in the code but the devs maybe want to sell back who knows I don't trust now.

Though I'm certain once many see how grindy it is someone will crack it open with unofficial mods as many games that don't support mods have gotten.

I'm just happy it's coming to PC & Switch finally as you can't mod on Apple Arcade & this game needs cheats & mod....

Aggravating mess this game was on Apple Arcade good riddance never will go back.
