Stuck on 99.9% and cannot unlock Custom M

I am stuck on 99.8%. I have all of the Stan in Perils, all characters, all vehicles, I've done all quests, all side missions, but I cannot for the life of me find the last gold brick. I also, for some reason, have Custom M still locked despite having every other character unlocked.

If it matters, I do have 151/150 Minikits.

EDIT: After I posted this thread, I found the last race. It's to the west of the Frisk Tower mission.
That said, I still have Custom M locked and I'm at 99.9%.

Most probably you didn't bought Mandarin's boat. Check SHIELD points near the water.

I got the Mandarin's Boat. I just double checked and I have every vehicle from the air, land and sea call points. I seem to be missing Custom M but I have no idea how to unlock it. I can't seem to do The Brick Apple in Free Play mode despite playing it 3 times. It doesn't even show up in the Mission Select on the Helicarrier.

I'm stuck in the same place. I suspect it was due to using a code to unlock some characters and vehicles but I haven't yet located the specific mission/race/etc that I missed to get it. My son didn't use the codes to unlock anything except the 2x brick and he's less than halfway through and has Custom M unlocked.

@jim - I used codes for just the characters, so I wonder if that has to do with it.

@Carnival - I'm from the US, and I've had it since Oct. 22nd. Really fun!

@Escapist - You may be missing the last race that's up in the sky, in the ocean by the Fisk Tower mission.

OK I started a new file and confirmed the act of BUYING the Hulkbuster after unlocking it via the standard non-code way unlocks Custom M. So if you used the code to unlock Hulkbuster, there may not be a way to get 100%.
