Album photos any concrete ways to unlock them?

So I tried to google this but couldn't find it anywhere.
I have almost all the album photos, and for some reason inside my unconscious brain, i want to unlock them all. It's just that I have no idea how to do so.
Is there a) a list that shows how to unlock each photos
or b) could someone post all the photos here so my curiosity can be satisfied a lot quicker?
I can post my own photos I've unlocked so far, so we can all see the hidden unlocks.

I'm betting the last one the big picture is the group picture of Max, Troe, Warden, and Josh - but I don't have Josh at the moment so I'm guessing I'll never get that photo.

Oh dang Clash of Heroes give out a new photo? Didn't know that.

and tried to reach to 24th on Drill Pod. Got destroyed on 14th bleh.

Do you mean that you are missing the top left picture on the album's third page? If so, see the spoiler below.

You need do have Ken and Opbot on your team. Finish their elevator dialogue to unlock the picture. If I recall correctly, that takes four elevator rides.
