Library Pod Unlock Question
The library pod says "Must research all modules (level 1) in a winning game.", maybe not 100% accurate but close enough. Now I figure this means all modules must at least be level 1 correct?

I assume it does and still means that but my last run I tried to get the refreeze and library pod unlocked in one go but guess I missed a module. After rerolling and no luck finding any new mods I thought I had them all but nope only got the refreeze pod unlocked during that run.

Second question, can you unlock multiple pods in one run or just one per run? I only had those two to get other than the last pod after the drill, stasis pod I think it was called. Figured this may have been why I could not get it also but then again I probably just missed a module that did not want to show on the list -.-.

You can unlock multiple pods in one run. As reasearch is random though it is very possible to not get one of the modules to show up. It makes the Library one of the harder pods to unlock.

Ah okay must of missed one then by dumb luck rerolling it, thanks again for the answer :)

When they first added it to the test build I was convinced it was bugged because I went out of my way to research as much as possible and consistently failed to unlock the pod :)

Unlocking Library pod is challenging.
  • Achievement only counts if you win the game. Surviving 12 floors is top priority. Level up useful modules first. If necessary, spend science to buy good equipment for heroes.
  • My team setup: Max (science auto generate, door opener), 2 high wit (faster resource generation), 1 tank/DPS (protection).
  • Don't hesitate to spend 10 science to refresh list. No need level up modules that wont be used.
  • Most frustrating part: finding research station. Depends heavily on luck. But, its not end of world if you found the station late for few levels. The frustrating part is you cannot do anything about it.

Yeah I done all this, just got unlucky is all. I been getting lucky on finding research stations, even multiple ones close by start of some of the levels just playing the RNG rerolling game is the only part so far screwing me over. Last game probably spent about 500 science just rerolling on floor 12 to make sure before opening the last few doors so just really unlucky.

I did win the game of course so I know when it says in a "winning game" you have to win but thanks for the information anyway.

(Edit): So I been using the infirmary pod which is why I did not get it since I assume you can not research the auto heal crystals while using that pod. Never have seen it pop up last 5 games or so using that ship or am I wrong?

I used the Original drop pod. It is possible Infirmary pod disabled auto-heal-crystal. Part of the rule is to make player pay food for healing, not rely on health regeneration. Is Nurse and first-aid-kit's placebo ability being disabled? It may be the reason.

Not sure I just know I never seen auto-doc crystal with the infirmary ship so I decided this time I'll do it with the escape pod. So far got lucky and had 3 research crystals going on the floor I just got off of though.

I do not remember seeing any med-kits with the infirmary but I could be wrong but have not used the nurse while using it so not sure on that.

Edit: I just beat it with the escape pod and just got it unlocked so yeah think it was the auto-doc crystal was missing with the infirmary pod. One more pod to go woo. Thanks again though

For all those who have trouble go to the wiki page and print out a list of all the mods careful they missing one or two Sence last build and check them off. It's what I did. When your entire list checked off you missing two tops.
