Minor modules unpowered?
Minor modules in some rooms have an icon over them that alternates between a blue vortex and a lightning bolt with a line through it -- I think it shows that they're unpowered, is that right? But I can't work out why -- the rooms are powered with dust, connected to powered rooms, etc. Can anyone help me out? Cheers

You can't defend against EMPs. They are a door event that when it happens will affect a number of rooms.
Originally they were designed to prioritize the rooms with the most modules I think. EMPs are nasty like that ;) Since then there have been some balancing passes.
So, keep an eye out for them and psot feedback :)
