How do you place items in the group inventory?

I can't figure out how to place something in my backpack into the inventory to share it.

When it's in your inventory, click it and click the space that is shared.

I was confused by this as well, needed to have a friend explaining it to me because I didn't find it out by myself either. I think the game would benefit from adding some kind of square frame in the group inventory section with a "+" in it whenever you select an item in your player inventory, and same the other way around.

or just dont think difficult, and make it able to drag it there...
