Moving Items... There has to be an easier way!

I'm trying to move items from my inventory to my backpack so that I can keep the good ones on the next floor. One problem... there doesn't seem to be a way to do it without using a character as an intermediate!

Ex: I have a sword that is in my inventory. I have no one that uses a sword in my party. There is no way to get that sword from my inventory to my backpack.

Am I doing this wrong? I sure hope so!

Click on the item then click on an empty space in the backpack or inventory. Don't try to drag and drop, don't try to replace one item with another .

I think you can move things around if there is an empty slot, but I can't seem to figure out how to move stuff without using a character either when my backpack is full.

Move something out of the backpack first so it isn't full?

@Melakthi, thanks man that works! (Just wish i had this last floor! haha) Too bad you can't swap item locations between inventory and backpack.

Yeah, I have been fretting over that since they added the backpack. Keep bringing it up, we need the devs to see this is important to us ;)
