Gamepad acting weird
My brother and I both have the game. Yesterday we where playing for the first time at his house together multiplayer, both on gamepads, and everything was fine. Today he bought all the DLC. After buying the DLC, the mapping for the gamepad has gotten all messed up. He can't even figure out which button activates healing.

This only happens with Dungeon of the Endless, if he fires up another steam game like Street Fighter for example it works fine. He's tried it now on two different computers, multiple different gamepads (Xbox 360 and Xbox One), tried deleting the local game cache, reinstalling the game, etc. Nothing seems to help. Oh Windows 10 if that matters and yes, if he pulls up the controllers control panel, he can test all the buttons and they perform as expected.

Just for troubleshooting, we've even tried deleting his user profile folder in My Documents, but that didn't help one bit.

Please, any advice. He loves the gamepad controls.

this happens to me too,

having the wrong mapping is not that terrible, but I can't heal my heros.

I'm using an xbox one controller (new model with headphone jack)
OS Win10
Controll problem:
power on/off is now on D-Pad left
Skills are now on D-Pad up and down
right trigger does nothing.

I also have a steam-controller, but that doesn't work at all. And if I put it in "xbox mode" it behaves exactly the same.

Having the same issue, gamepads have worked all year long. Not sure what happened.

Made a thread regarding this issue on Amplitude's Games2Gether DotE Tech Support forum:

Go make some noise there.

I unplugged my Steam Controller USB Dongle from my PC and that fixed the problem for me.
