Smile's bed scene at the very end has a small sprite error. To the right side of her sprite there's a white line. Only shows up at that specific scene, not the scene you get at the start of the game, when first meeting the three girls. The white vertical strip of white seems to also grow bigger the closer you are, disappearing entirely if you're farther away from the bed. May be on my end, idk, I only played that route once....
