Mushroom totals on cauldron page go bananas

https://steamcommunity.com/id/atypicalchuck/screenshot/2005841944308352599/ Often when I brew potions I see the count of mushrooms go into the bazillions, not sure exactly why but it happens when I craft single or multi-type brews. They always reset and it isn't reflected on the mushroom growing area... I haven't figured out how to cheese this in my benefit.

Lost upgrades?

Uh hello? I loaded up my save today and my offline progress was 0/0/0... I checked and I have no upgrades at all! If you have had thoughts like this, please leave a note here talking about anything you notice. I cannot figure out why this happens.
