This problem has been around since F1 22, in order to fix it in the previous games you had to download the TTRS driver from thrustmaster then it would detect. You can try this out for F1 24. Here is the download page: https://support.thrustmaster.com/en/product/t300rsgtedition-en/

Others are saying these peddles do work. One person said he plugged in his wheel base at the start screen, and that did it.

Game was working and detecting for me without issue when I first launched the game. Stopped working since

It's probably the same bug as in F1 22 and 23, w/ my TLCM pedals they wouldn't work unless I plugged them in after I get into the main menu.

If you have a thrustmaster base then plug in the pedals in to that. Been doing that ever since i got them and works fine with al;l games so far.
