Can you explain why the game on Steam isn’t localized in Spanish when it is on consoles? It’s not exactly a cheap game, even when on sale, so I don’t understand why the PC version feels inferior to the console versions.

I actually had an imported copy of Assault Suit Leynos 2 for Sega Saturn back in the day, but boy was there a lot of text I couldn't read. The new English translation should be cool. It's nice seeing some import-only Saturn gems like Leynos 2 and Radiant Silvergun on Steam now.
